Sureiya: The Eidolon Plane (2026)
Short Film | Sci-Fi | Psychological Drama
Runtime: 8:48
After entering a liminal trial between life and death to save the woman she loves, a battle-hardened leader is forced to confront the truth she has spent her life denying.
Synopsis
When Veronica’s life hangs in the balance, Sureiya Hayes enters the metaphysical Eidolon Plane; a white voice where truth manifests without armor. Confronted by a familiar voice and stripped of her tactical defenses, she must face the vulnerability she has avoided for years. What begins as a mission becomes an emotional reckoning, forcing her to confront the cost of control and the power of love.
Directors Statement
I created The Eidolon Plane as a psychological battleground. A stripped environment where spectacle disappears and only emotional truth remains. The film explores how power can become armor, and how love destabilizes that control. At its core, this story centers a lesbian romance not as subtext, but as the catalyst for transformation.
